Stealth Axe is preparing to launch its sector agnostic private debt strategy to provide properly structured debt financing solutions to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
The team will originate and invest growth capital into strong mid-market SMEs who have limited access to capital in their local geography. Executed through a variety of debt instruments including mezzanine finance and senior debt, the fund will primarily focus on West Africa.
Stealth Axe will invest in corporate debt in local currency to generate strong risk-adjusted absolute returns by combining an Africa-specific analytical framework and macro and relative value strategies.
